PAC Reset – a new convenience!

Have you locked yourself out of online banking or forgot your password?  The new Member Direct Self-Serve Login feature allows members to reset their personal access code (PAC) or personal challenge questions in a secure way, without having to call or visit the branch.  For security, you will be required to verify your identity before using this feature.

How to Reset Your PAC:

  1. Click the Online Banking tab.
  2. Enter your MEMBER CARD® debit card number
  3. When you are encouraged to enter your PAC click the Forgot your PAC? link on the right hand side.
  4. Complete the Verify Your Identity form and questions.
  5. Enter your new PAC and click continue

How to Reset Your Security Questions:

  1. Click the Online Banking tab.
  2. Enter your MEMBER CARD® debit card number and click Login
  3. When you are promoted to answer your security question click the Forgot your answer(s)? link to the right hand side.
  4. Complete the Verify Your Identity form and questions.
  5. Select and answer your new security questions and click continue

Notice:

Members are allowed three (3) attempts in a 24-hour period, including failed attempts. After three failed attempts, please contact your branch. 

This feature uses information from the credit bureau, but will not show on your credit report.
