Important information for Rorketon Members

After the Merge – Monday, April 3 – All services will be available.

Branch will open with regular business hours. Please visit the Rorketon Branch to:

  • Update previous Direct Deposits and Pre-Authorized Transactions (such as transfers, automatic payments, and payroll deposits) with your New Account Number
  • Order new cheques with your new account information
  • Review new account packages with a representative

A new Catalyst Credit Union Interac Flash Member Card and separate PIN envelope have been mailed to you – a fast and convenient way to pay for everyday purchases securely at select merchants, without having to insert your card or enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN).  If you have not received your new card by March 28, please contact your branch, as your former Rorketon MemberCard will no longer be active.

Accessing online banking:

Log in procedures for Internet banking – URL has changed from the Rorketon sign in. To access your accounts online, go to Online Banking, and follow the prompts, entering your new Catalyst debit card number.  We recommend updating and saving your bookmarks for Catalyst Credit Union website..

After signing in for the first time, you will be required to sign up for Increased Authentication. Follow the steps as prompted.

All vendors and account information will need to be entered, before proceeding to pay any bills.

If you have difficulties logging into internet banking, please contact your branch.

New to Rorketon Members:

Telephone Banking – Call 1.866.372.4535 to access Telephone banking. Enter your (new) member card number, followed by your personal access code.  A Personal Banking Menu is available at your branch.

Mobile Banking – ability to do your banking on the fly, with access to balances and transaction history right at your fingertips. Just register your mobile phone, and start Mobile Banking today!

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Register your mobile phone
  3. Select your accounts and confirm your Passcode.

Don’t have an Online Banking account? Just call your branch to get started today. Please check with your mobile carrier for information on any charges for sending and receiving text messages that are applicable to you.
